National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of the Heartland
- Must be member of association in a Kansas County
- Pursue a 2 or 4 year college degree or attend a technical school pursuing a career
Application: Applications should be in 12 point font and must be signed by the applicant. The application shall be one page, which will include the following information, plus a 7 semester transcript:
Name, address, name of parent or guardian, phone, ACT score, cumulative GPA, planned post secondary schooling, essay 300 words or less that describes your goals, visions and aspirations and how your education will help you achieve this.

- The A&F Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution.
- Essay Question: What was the most difficult time in your life, and why? How did your perspective on life change as a result of this difficulty?
Big Sun Scholarship

- High school senior and currently involved in some sport at that institution or in the community.
The Paul E. Flaherty Scholarship

- Any boy or girl who has participated in some form of High School Athletics
- Must be an average or better student scholastically
- Only high school seniors, college level freshmen or sophomores who are enrolled or intend to enroll in an approved junior college, college, university, or trade school will be considered
